Steps away from the Solamar lie the pristine beaches of Naples along with a 2 mile boardwalk providing spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Solamar provides beach chairs for use by its owners and their guests.

Tennis court, Pickleball, and two shuffle boards lie upon the garage deck and is accessible from the second floor. Solamar provides shuffleboard equipment for its owners and their guests. Equipment is available at the front desk.

Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, our BBQ facility consists of two gas grills located on the west end of the garage deck and available from the second floor. There is a small refrigerator, ice-maker and sink along with several tables and chairs under a canvas cover. The area is lighted for evening use by residents and guests

There are two guest rooms available for owners' guests. Each room has two double beds, a TV, small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and a hair dryer.
